Dr. Said Khamis is an Institutional Transformation Strategist, Ecosystem Builder, Researcher, and Lecturer with over 20 years of experience spanning governance reform, strategic planning, entrepreneurship ecosystem development, youth and innovation systems, institutional strengthening, and research-to-policy translation across Africa. As Founder and Managing Director of SAMOK Consulting Company Limited, he leads multidisciplinary transformation initiatives supporting governments, development partners, NGOs, and private sector actors in designing and implementing scalable and results-oriented institutional and ecosystem transformation strategies.
